| Siskin | In mixed flock on birch tree near Lake Classroom. (Jan 3rd). Large flock (around 70 birds) seen Viewpoint area ( Jan 11th 12.15 pm), with Mealy Redpolls. |
| Lesser Redpoll | On birch near the Lake and near toilets, seen with Siskins (Jan 9th ) |
| Mealy Redpoll | Very rare visitor to the South-west. Up to six birds seen from the Viewpoint on Birch tree with flock of Siskin ( Jan 11th 12.15 pm) |
| Jay | Behind toilets. Dragonfly Pond area. Glow-worm rise. On oak trees near Lake Classroom. Four seen Wetlands near the Hide (Jan 30th). |
| Rook | Most of the month, flying over the woodland. |
| Goldcrest | On fir trees near Kingfisher Pond and Dragonfly Pond areas. |
| Nuthatch | On oak tree behind Lake Classroom. |
| Buzzard | Soaring above the Lake. Three seen displaying near green works caravan.(Jan 30th) |
| Treecreeper | Near the Viewpoint off Beech Walk. On oak trees near Wetlands. |
| Kingfisher | Seen near the Leat by visitor, Log Cabin area. |
| Mallard | (2 male,1 female) Kingfisher Pond. (3rdJan). (3 male, 2 female) On Lake. (30th) |
