Area D - Open Water Zone
| There is a fairly narrow stretch of open water
(approximately 3m wide) in the southern area of the wetland between the swamp zone and the
embankment. The water exits the wetland from the open water zone via a spillway on the dam
wall. This area is characterised by Duckweed, Canadian Pondweed, Starwort and Broad-leaved
Pondweed.
