Area B2 - Marginal Marsh Zone

This area is on the western margins of the wetland (diagram). The plant community here is dominated by Mimulus (Monkey Flower), which is not a native species. Other common plants here are Bitter-cress, Creeping Buttercup, mosses and sedges.
