Having walked 250 metres down the hill past the Church in the village of Offwell, East Devon; the walker enters a grass field through a metal "kissing" gate.   Crossing the field diagonally, the Woodland Education Centre is entered by walking over a covered culvert and through a wooden kissing gate into deciduous woodland.
