15th December

Buzzard

Buzzard (on fir branch, path leading to Dragonfly Pond)

Treecreeper (4 on one oak behind the Lake Classroom)

Goldcrest (mainly males, in the same area as above)

Long-tailed Tits
(a small flock, in the Lake and Dragonfly Pond area)
Mallard, 5 Male and 5 Female (on the Lake)
Nuthatch (different areas of the Centre)
Great Spotted Woodpecker (Female, by the Lake)

Robin

Wood Pigeon

Blackbird

Jay

Coal Tit

Wren

Pheasant

Rosemary comments that there were not so many birds about this month as many move away from woodland during winter months, depending on food supplies and weather conditions.
